The monthly payment* shown is a rough estimate of the installed price based on basic installation. The price of the actual product in the photo will vary from the estimated price displayed. 

• Carpet price is based on 2 rooms sized 12'x15' and 12'x12', and a hallway sized 4'x 16'.
• Tile & wood inspired waterproof, laminate, and harwood prices are based on 1 room sized 10'x15'.
• Ceramic tile varies in price depending on installation, and we are unable to give estimates online.
• Removal of existing floor, subfloor (if needed), and trim would be an additional cost.
